Once your order has been placed you will receive an invoice via email.
We will then start the process of packaging your item and getting your goodies together. Most of our items are in stock, however backorders generally take 7 – 10 Working Days to arrive.
You will then be notified via email once your order is ready for collection/delivery.
Please note: If an order has not been paid and has been booked for COD Collection, if the order has not been picked up after 1 Week, it will automatically be cancelled.
IMPORTANT
Refunds:
We have a 7 day refund policy and will only accept goods that have not been used or tampered with.
You will be liable for courier costs if you decide that you no longer want the item after it has been delivered.
